• Domestic orders ship via registered private couriers or India Post.

• International orders ship through registered international couriers or international speed post.

• Delivery timelines depend on location:

  • India: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs not included)

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and courier.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

4. Packaging

We package comics securely using:

• Cardboard stiffeners

• Bubble wrap

• Waterproof sleeves

• Protective cartons

Rare or high-value comics receive extra reinforcement.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email after dispatch. Tracking availability depends on courier method.

6. Delivery address responsibility

• Please provide accurate address and phone number.

• Failed delivery attempts may lead to re-delivery charges or depot pickup requirements.

7. Customs & duties (international)

• Buyer is responsible for any customs duty, import tax or country-specific fees.

• Customs delays are beyond our control.

8. Delays & exceptions

Weather, courier issues, holidays, and customs processes can delay delivery.
We will assist you in tracking and resolving courier-related issues.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

Inform us immediately with photos of packaging and product.
We’ll initiate a claim with the courier. Resolution depends on courier investigation.

10. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout if applicable.
