1. Overview
NostalG deals in vintage and collectible comics. These items are often decades old and may show natural signs of ageing (yellowing, edge wear, small tears, tape marks). We accurately describe each item and include photos so you can make an informed purchase. Because of the collectible nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions set out below.
2. When refunds or returns are allowed
We will consider a return or refund only in the following situations:

You received a different item than the one shown and described on the product page.

The comic is missing significant pages or has severe undisclosed damage not shown in the listing.

Duplicate payment for a single order (technical/payment error).
All refund/return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and must include required proof (see Section 3).
3. Required evidence and how to submit a claim
When you contact us about a return or refund, please include:

Order number and date

Clear photographs of the item (front cover, back cover, inside pages showing issue)

Parcel opening video (preferred)

A brief explanation of the issue
Email your request to: hi@nostalgcomics.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and may ask for additional images.
4. Items that are NOT eligible for return/refund

Normal ageing signs (yellowing, small tears, corner wear, light foxing)

Buyer changed mind after purchase

Digital products, gift cards, special “final sale” items

Items damaged after delivery by the buyer
5. Return shipping & costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or undisclosed severe damage), we will cover return shipping.

If the return is not due to our error, the buyer pays return shipping.

Use tracked shipping; we are not responsible for lost parcels in customer-initiated returns.
6. Refund timeline and method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Duplicate payment refunds are also processed within 7–15 business days.
7. Partial refunds
A partial refund may be issued if only part of the order is affected or if the damage is minor relative to the comic’s value.
8. Replacement policy
If an item is damaged in transit or materially different, and a replacement is available, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
9. Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
